Our history

A developing family firm
W.H.M. Machinebouw BV was founded in 1985 in the small village of Ommeren in the Netherlands. The founder, Wim Hendriks, managed to develop the business successfully and soon outgrew his production premises. The business moved to a large industrial estate in Veenendaal, which is centrally located in the Netherlands. WHM became a true family firm when, in 1990, son Herco Hendriks joined the company. According to the Dutch Nijenrode Business University this is an exceptionally powerful form of business because of, amongst other things, the great value that is placed on long-term loyalty. This makes WHM an extremely reliable partner in a market that is constantly on the move.
